Me and my husband got married back in September of 2023. Our wedding journey was very stressful. Meeting with countless venues and vendors we did not know where or who we wanted to trust with our special day. When meeting with Matthew, I knew from the second we did the tour I had the upmost trust and faith the Frungillo’s would put on the best day for me ever. Throughout the process , they were very welcoming and attentive to me and my husband. This was very important to me as I wanted to do most of the planning myself , but also with the professional opinion of the frungillo staff. From the Tuscan station , to the tomohawk steak station , to the filet mignon entree, and to my favorite , the s’mores desserts ! And that’s only a few of the countless list of food we had being pumped out during the day. Every single thing we tried was some of the best food I have ever had. Matthew made sure to have all of the cocktail hour food we may have missed while taking pictures on a plate for us to try. Words cannot describe the detail and passion Matthew , and the Frungillo’s put towards my wedding. It was a dream of mine that became a reality

I cannot put into words what the Frungillo family did for us for our wedding day. We booked the Inn at Millrace Pond when the barn house was still a concrete slab - just to show the trust we have in them. From the walkthrough and planning process with Michelle and Robert, to the day of with Gerry and Linda, everything was spectacular. Upon entering, our guests were greeting with espresso martini or champagne shooters which were delicious. Not only that, our guests could not stop raving about the food. The fresh mozz station was a hit, and our pasta and Tuscan stations were top notch. To top it all off, everyone’s filet (their top dish) was cooked to perfection. Some people even ate their table’s leftovers it was that good! We even had an afterparty at the gristmill… and you already know by this point how that went. All of our guests stayed at the venue in the multiple rooms they have to offer and we were able to have a brunch the next day to recap all the memories from the night before. I wouldn’t have booked my wedding with anyone else but the Frungillo’s. They’re not just your friends, they’re family. Thank you thank you!!

I recently attended my niece's wedding at The Skylands Manor and was absolutely blown away. From the moment of arrival, the level of care we received from the staff was warming. Maitre'd Linda went above and beyond to create the most seamless day possible. From the cocktail hour to the dinner reception the food was absolutely DELISH! If you have the opportunity take advantage of the fresh mozzarella station. Beautiful presentation and unique fresh pulled mozzarella. I highly recommend Frungillo Hospitality group as a catering vendor. There are not enough kind words and warm thanks I would give them!

Having our wedding with Frungillo Caterers was the best decision we could have made for our wedding day. Not only was the food and service phenomenal, but their team did not miss a thing. They carried out all of the details that we wanted for our special day with such attention to detail. They made us feel so special and went above and beyond our expectations. All of our guests raved about how delicious the food was and how beautiful everything looked. We couldn't have asked for a better caterer to work with!
